Recipe ⤵️ Hot & Hrna Ep 1. A gorgeous plate of Spaghetti & meatballs 🫶🏾🍝 Ingredients: - 1 lb ground beef - 1 lb ground pork  - 1 white onion (diced)  - 5-6 garlic cloves  - 1 c stale bread (diced into tiny pieces) - 1/2 c milk  - 1/2 Italian breadcrumbs  - 1 egg - Black pepper  - 1 c fresh parsley (chopped) - 1 tsp garlic powder  - 2 tsp Italian seasonings  - red pepper flakes  - Parmesan - Parmesan rind (optional) - olive oil  - 30 oz can tomato sauce  - 3 tbsp butter  - 1/2 c white wine  - 1 c fresh basil  - 1-2 bay leaves  - 1 lb spaghetti  Directions: 1. Into a large bowl add your stale & milk bread. Let it sit for 5-10 mins.  2. Add in your meats, egg, breadcrumbs, 2 tsp salt, 1/2 your onion, 1/2 of parsley, 1 tsp Italian sznings, garlic powder, red pepper flakes depending on your spice tolerance, and 1/2 c of fresh grated Parmesan.  3. Mix just until everything is combined. Don’t over mix! 4. Use an ice scream scoop to form meatballs. Place them on tray and let them sit in the fridge for 15-20 mins to set.  5. Add some olive oil to your cast iron, and sear off your meatballs on both sides (3-4 mins per side) over med heat till they develop a nice crust. Then remove from pan. 6. Add in your butter, onions, and garlic. Reduce heat to medium low.  7. Once that’s nice and fragrant add in rest of Italian seasoning & red pepper flakes. Then deglaze with white wine.  8. Let the alcohol taste cook out for a few mins, then add your tomato sauce. Fill the can half way with water and add that in as well.  9. Season with a heavy pinch of salt & pepper. Add in bay leaves, hand full basil, and your Parmesan rind if you have it.  10. Add in your meatballs, bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 45-50 mins. 11. Cook your pasta separately till al dente.  12. Once your sauce is done remove the meatballs & the herbs. Add your pasta right into the sauce and get it nice & coated! Then add the meatballs back in. 13. Serve with lots of Parmesan & fresh basil. 14. Enjoy babe ! #ValentinesDay #spaghettiandmeatballs #Love
