@fitness4116: You don’t need a 90-minute workout to make progress. If 15 minutes is what you can realistically commit to, make those 15 minutes count. 🤍 This 4-day routine is built to keep things simple, balanced and actually doable: Day 1 — Quads + Glutes Goblet squats, reverse lunges, dumbbell RDLs + glute bridges. Day 2 — Upper Body Rows, shoulder presses, chest presses + bicep curls. Day 3 — Glutes + Core Hip thrusts, Bulgarian split squats, dead bugs + planks. Day 4 — Full Body Squat-to-press, dumbbell RDLs, bent-over rows + mountain climbers. The goal isn’t to destroy yourself every session. Use a weight that challenges you while still letting you keep good form, control your reps, and gradually make the workouts harder over time by increasing weight, reps or quality of movement. A simple weekly schedule could look like: Mon — Day 1 Tue — Day 2 Thu — Day 3 Sat — Day 4 And remember: “toned” usually comes from building muscle while managing overall body fat — not from doing endless cardio or hundreds of tiny reps. Short workouts can absolutely be useful when they’re consistent and progressively challenging. 15 focused minutes four times a week beats waiting for the perfect hour-long workout you keep skipping. Save this routine for your next gym week. 🫶 📲 Workit App — build personalized workouts, track your fitness habits and make staying consistent a lot simpler. #gymgirl #workoutroutine #15minworkout #beginnerworkout #gymworkout
