what many people may or may not know is that it is hard to get a lot of supplies to a lot of areas so prices can be much higher for certain items also some people may say you are getting items with higher calories or some other high count its Alaska the winters are very brutal and people need these things to survive not to mention it very expensive to ship most modernly items every state is a little bit different but Alaska is like living in an apocalypse type of environment they do what they can and it is a choice to live there good on them for what they do and how they live
