Evil phantom i played pp and there is nothing wrong what he did like he did killed his imfected solidiers but we see how he caries guilt alterwarts and i saw this clip from this video before playing pp and I heard that his theme is the man who sold the world and I thougt that this mf is going to be apsolute monster can someone can explain this to me did i misst something?

I always saw it as a harness to drag wounded soldiers given his combat medic background, to have your hands free for when needing to shoot back.
