I informed my male doctor that I had frozen shoulder because I’m in perimenopause. He informed me that the two conditions are unrelated and that I was too young for perimenopause and that I probably injured it. I changed my doctor immediately

I’m 62 and I have had this for 5 yrs, did PT, 2 shots, and nothing. So I just live with it putting pain relief ointment everyday.

I had it this year. Horrible. I did PT twice a week for four months. $35 each session. Also saw an orthopedic specialist for cortisol shot. I’m better not 100% but at least 95% better.

I’ve had frozen shoulder for two years. It’s been a month and it just disappeared. Doesn’t hurt anymore. I can put a ponytail back in my hair. I can roll my hair. I can do everything I did like before.
