Unsolicited advice, but open everything in edge and do a cltr shift u. It will read the whole thing to you. Listening and taking notes works really well for me and it’s a little less strain on my eyes given all my material is online and I’m on a screen for work too 💀. You got this 👏

some advice from a 3rd year grad student, not every reading is important! i prioritize the ones that professors say to do or i prioritize the chapter readings since those usually have more of the content where i can actually learn from

Here's a tip if you do discussion posts, if your professor mentions specific vocab in a question, search for it in each article, focus on the one that mentions it the least, and the one that mentions it the most! Good luck! You got this!

I’m 3 classes away from completing my masters imma tell you right now only read what’s related to assignments… have chat summarize chapters and highlight definitions for exams it’s literally impossible to read all that and work full time not to mention you guys who are parents…. YOU GOT THIS!❤️

third semester grad student here, idc what any professor says, not EVERY reading is as mandatory as it seems (sometimes you can literally just do an assignment without the reading at all if you skim summaries/abstracts or just flat out look up the reading with ‘analysis’…)

I work 12-13 hours, taking 5 grad classes for my masters. Trust me reading everything isn’t important. Just make sure you can understand the concepts that you’re dealing with that week. I find YouTube videos that will also explain the concepts better to me if I don’t understand!
