Arthur Lundeen, 67, allegedly used a racial slur against a member of cabin crew on an American Airlines flight from Dallas to Newark last week. He also allegedly made homophobic remarks before biting another passenger, prompting flight attendants and fellow travellers to restrain him using tape and cable ties. The flight was diverted to Baltimore, where Lundeen was arrested and charged with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct. It has now emerged that he is no longer associated with Long Realty, where he had been a vice president. Guys, he is legally not allowed to sue. Airline staff are allowed by law to restrain someone for assault or any form of severe disruption and are trained to do this.

The first amendment doesn't permit hate speech since it has limitations and doesn't necessarily allow you to say whatever. The 1964 civil rights act enforced this further
