I think about Vanessa, and your family, probably every day. I teach criminal justice. I have read and studying and taught so many cases and THIS is my “which case sticks out to you the most?…” I’ll never stop wondering or thinking of you all. I’ve even suggested this case to a retired detective who I work with that solves cold cases. I’ll never stop looking or thinking! I promise!

I hope she finds her way back to you one day. I was mistaken for a missing young girl once. Neighbors thought I was her and called the law. We had a sheriff show up with the parents in the car. They walked up to check and see if I was her and after seeing me more closely they realized I was not her but that we looked a lot alike. It broke my soul to know they came with the hopes that they thought I was their daughter 😭

did you look into the case recently of the hundreds of missing children found in a home in florida? ages ranged from 1-12 years old. I instantly thought of Vanessa when I heard of that case.
