hey girl!!! i relied heavily on reddit when i first started bodybuilding, 10/10 resource and you learn more from the conversation being had. also if there’s any reasonable priced gyms near you that are private and bodybuilding/powerlifting gyms being around ppl who love these sports is another way to get more into it and hear diff perspectives. just be open to listening and learning bc even a broken clock is right twice a day, you never know what advice/adjustments can make a big impact! good luck and get strong!

Best real advice is to practice the competitive lifts often. I personally like DUP set ups. I would definitely squat and bench 3xs a week. Maybe keep deadlift to only 1-2xs a week depending on your tolerance.

Former competitive powerlifter here... You're very long in femurs....(me too)...
Squat - Generally you'll have more hip travel or forward torso lean. Low bar position will make it easier... Experiment with slightly wider stance and 20-30 degrees turned out ties. Work on depth without chasing mobility for its own sake...
Deadlift - play around with sumo and conventional before specializing...
Bench - beginners benefit from learning upper back tightness, leg drive and setup over competition arching... Good luck!
