Removing a juror because they don’t agree with the majority sets a horrible precedent. It basically says you don’t agree with me you need to be removed because you’re wrong. Outing a juror is crazy, the lawyers shouldn’t have known which way the jurors were voting in the first place that feels so unethical.

The video above this one was another lawyer saying that holdout was breaking the law. But my thing is, what’s reasonable doubt to you, may not be reasonable to me. You can’t just remove a juror bc you don’t like that.

But the hold out juror is set for Nancy disgrace interview.. it’s absolutely disgusting 🤢 he’s credibility is zero we need to hear from the other 11 .. Iva feeling he was a plant as the prosecutors clearly didn’t have enough evidence.. it was clear as day that there was reasonable doubt 🧐.. he’s got away with a triple murder ..

It wasn’t the fact he held out, as much as it was he was purposely not abiding by the LAW. And the judges rules he set forth. I’m open to hearing people out & them trying to convince me of their side. I see a lot of people speaking out on their opinions about the case, without watching the trial. That is the most frustrating part. Everything I have seen, having watched the trial, everything leads to Patrick. I’m open for people to convince me otherwise.

Yes, but collectively the jurors said that the “hold out” juror noted doubt but refused to follow the judges instruction on reasonable doubt. I think that is the issue at hand. And likely so, as that juror now will be doing media. So by the juror actions, it truly does seem that he should have been replaced.
