Street takeovers are dangerous and this is why they need to be cracked down on. If the people want to have street races petition the government the right way to open specific sections at specific times with specific rules and regulations to ensure safety is met. Breaking the law is no excuse and these children need to learn. I don’t like praising LAPD, but this is worth praising.
