painting with desaturated colors has a limit, although everyone has a red undertone, in cases of lighting like this post, desaturated colors are the way to go

both are amazing, as every poc comes in different shades. It also depends on lightning and the atmosphere you want to go for—giving a warm undertone to the skin may make the art appear more happy and bright.
