@iffysreads: Combatting the literacy crisis starts with access to books. I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to read, and to make reading a central part of my children’s lives. A large part of the world doesn’t have this same opportunity. So this International Literacy Day, I’m donating to the @World Literacy Foundation’s One Book at a Time campaign, which aims to put a first book into the hands of 500,000 children who have never had one. A $10 donation provides one book to a child, and you can choose which region your book is donated to. I hope you’ll join me in supporting this cause, whether it’s by donating or sharing this post to spread the word. The link to donate is in my bio, or you can visit the World Literacy Foundation’s page to donate as well 📖🤍 #literacy #bookish #reading #BookTok
