k9 officer was threatening yelling at my spouse I got in front of my spouse then he tried to slam me on the ground was not resisting but got charged for resisting and felony 3 assault on officers and no drugs was found

So I was charged for children support turns out they added compound interest, which in 2014 was deemed illegal. They never removed it so they kept charging me over and over put me in jail for 30 60 90 days.later I ask the judge about the compound interest once he looked into it. He dismissed all money owed now when that be a fourth amendment violation each time just asking.
