Yes, this could happen. The pictures of the dead fish you show are not at Frisco Lake though. The first part of the video is Frisco, second part is not. I was there today and all of us locals know that the rock surrounds the park side of the lake. The other side of the lake is deeper than 2', is that where you claim the fish kill is? I didn't go to that side today. 🤔
