Absolutely hilarious situation. I love 23rd street/Classen area but I can’t imagine a more completely botched gold mine. It seems like it should be easy money but whether it’s construction being halted or restaurants closing down there’s always something going wrong with development.

I have a soft spot in my heart for the gold dome. My first job was in the gold dome. We were kicked out end of 2012 when David Box bought it. It was a weird building to work in (there aren’t windows in the offices obviously)
