You always go 1 shade lighter than what you want. The paint is always a shade darker than the one you pick.

ITS BECAUSE OF THE WINDOWS! The green from outside is canceling out the red that warms and softens the yellow, so your yellow needs to lean more orange for it be that butter color you're looking for

I recommend getting a yellow toned cream. You could get one more yellow than mine but I love mine!

I've learned to always go like atleast 2 shades lighter than what you THINK is perfect 🙃🥵 they are always so much more vibrant on the walls haha

I actually think this is a super cute color! painting the molding and trim of the room a more whitewashed shade of this will definitely make it appear more subtle and stylized
