Haha. You do NOT want to manipulate intentionally. That is a recipe to get smoked. Ideally you wouldn’t even know what you’re doing as you’re doing it, or think you’re doing it for a different reason than you actually are. This is why it’s important to expose yourself to as many locations and perspectives as possible to ensure your subconscious has a lot to work with and not committing to any one perspective that requires you to abandon any other desirable ones. Especially with the panopticon nowadays, no reason to verbalize your tactics to yourself or anybody else, in your mind or on paper. Keep all that stuff in thought space.

This is where I disagree. I don't think women are necessarily unaware when a man is using emotions to manipulate a situation. Sometimes we recognize it perfectly well ,we just choose to play along.A woman can realize that a man is trying to pull certain strategical strings, act as though she doesn't notice, and allow him to believe his strategy is working because she knows it may ultimately benefit her. Maybe he becomes more attentive, buys her something, does something to win her back, or gives her what she wants because he thinks he's successfully managing her emotions. that's still strategic behavior. The fact that the strategy is emotional rather than overtly calculated doesn't make it unconscious.And honestly, sometimes a man thinking, “I've got her exactly where I want her,” while she's thinking, “I know exactly what you're doing, but keep going…” is a pretty good example of why I wouldn't assume men are inherently more strategic manipulators. 😂
