You cant. they dont see an issue with that behavior cause we have always done it. as children we saw that they needed help and as we grew so did our responsibility. from communicating in public, phone calls appointments etc. after a lifetime of us doing that for them they dont see whats wrong with it. and when you set a boundary you get hit with. antes eras un buen hijo.

If you haven’t already, move away, don’t live so close to them if you can. It’ll be less burden on you and give them space to figure things out instead of relying on you

like if I had to figure it out on my own why cant you???? everyone depends on me but who can I depend on when I'm struggling?? nobody. I have no backup. No help. I just have to figure it out for everyone. I literally didn't have a vehicle after my dad passed and was still in high school, took the bus home and had to call a Uber to work everyday after school and they would call me while im in class saying the power is off can I pay it when I get a second!!
