Up high, I have no not up high. I have it low the top 187 and the bottom is 72 that’s not right and they give me a pill three times a day 10 mg. It doesn’t work you tell me what to drink.

I don’t see how the blood pressure machines work they tell you sit down to move across your legs. Don’t breathe. Just check it again or time check again. Oh, it’s low. This is only a money making machines they’re not accurate. I don’t use if I feel that I’m not feeling well but a headache annunciation that fatigue then there will be a concern but if you wake ok, you feel good when the hell do I need to use the machine? Everybody knows that they’re not 100% accurate.

Living a healthy life without health issues is something we humans should all pray for. This is a short story about my journey to over come Kidney Stone. I had lymphedema in my legs for 2 years after kindey injury they have failed completely I was in hospital from Dec to March 2024 Fortunately, I came across someone who spoke about herbalist doctor and how he cured her of kidney_stone, as well I had some doubts cuz.
