This is what an instant gratification world gets you in a world where instant gratification isn't sustainable. They offered us commercial free viewing, so we all dropped cable. Now we are paying a different fee for all the channels cable/satellite carry while now also watching commercials.

because now they will still pull it from your library once they "retire" it or "put it in a vault". You just get to hold on a little longer with buy than rent. You never actually own media anymore.
