@king_deltoids: Leptin is one of the main communicator of energy availability and satiety, but we have other satiety mechanicals like the mechanical stretch receptors in our gut but none the less leptin is the main one and after agressive deficits/prep diets leptin can become heavily suppressed so once you try to return back to a normal diet right away it can essentially play tricks with you as 1. No more diet restraint 2. Very little telling you to essentially stop eating as you don’t feel satisfied as now ur playing for doplomine rather than satisfaction as guess what low leptin also gets followed by? Low dopamine in the brain! 3. That donut you had was just pure slop of fats which can increase triglycerides in the blood which can inhibit leptin from crossing the BBB so that’s legit a double wammie from already crushed leptin.
