Wrong! China now accepts currency from all countries. Every country in Africa is free to develop. The dollar is no longer the world currency. When it was, the united states determined which countries were rich and which countries were poor. That's over. China is the world financial institutions. If a country in Africa wants to prosper all they have to do is build as much as they want when they want and China will help with suppliers. There are no longer rich and poor countries. African countries or any country around the world is considered underdeveloped. Not poor. The problem is, The majority of people have yet to learn this.
