I’m heading into week 2 on 150mg. While I have noticed some minor changes there is no improvement in the ADHD yet. My doctor is also hesitant to prescribe stimulants

Go have genetic testing for medication. It helps to rule out medication that might not work for you. Get the stimulant nothing else worked for me for the executive disfunction.
