I just love it & want you to love it just as much too! ⭐️ Firm tofu (in water) PERFECT FOR: crumbling, either as a mince alternative, to make my tofu chorizo or to smash together to make meatballs or patties ⭐️ Extra firm tofu (vac packed) PERFECT FOR: grating and adding to rice bowls, ramen and in ragus, or using a peeler/mandolin to get these fab strips that you can use as a bacon alternative ⭐️ Silken tofu PERFECT FOR: blending into a creamy pasta sauce, a high protein dip or turn it sweet with chocolate and maple syrup for dessert
