Sometimes it’s remembering someone’s name. Asking a question and actually listening. Showing appreciation. Giving someone your full attention. Those moments seem small to us, but they can mean everything to someone else. And I’ve learned that the strongest relationships — in business, in sport and in life — are often built this way. Not through what you can get from someone, but through how you make them feel. Relationships have the power to open doors, create opportunities and even change the trajectory of someone’s life.
