Agreed. Also, I’ve noticed guys I’ve dated with older sisters seemed to admire and respect me but weren’t very protective or generous in their care. It’s like they put you on a pedestal in the way younger siblings often do with their older siblings and forget you’re a human with vulnerabilities.

Generally agree with this one. Dated a guy last year who was an only child (so no brothers or sisters). Felt like he just didn’t have a basic understanding of women or how to be caring or emotionally attuned or considerate. Obvs there can be other reasons for that as well, but just made me realise that’s not at all the qualities I’m looking for!

My ex had 3 sisters and the youngest one would literally call 50 times a day, text him 24/7, facetime, show up at the house unannounced etc etc. On her engagement party she called him 10 times in a row because we were 30 min late... There were no boundaries at all.
