@theadventureaddicts: gear we love that still has plenty of life left 🥾🏔️🏕️ One of the biggest reasons we wanted to start @the gear project , is because outdoor gear is meant to last, and most of it isn’t being used to its full potential with one person. Hobbies change, priorities change, you may upgrade gear and no longer need it, or you may realize something doesn’t fit like you thought it would. When we invest into outdoor gear, it’s expensive, and it has always been hard for us to know what to do with the gear when we no longer are using it, but feel like it’s still really valuable, and we tend to just let it sit for too long. The Gear Project allows you to sell gear you aren’t using anymore and make some of that money back to spend on your next adventure, or to upgrade your gear. When this idea first came to us, we had a few upgrades we were planning to make, and decided to hold onto our gear in case we ever actually got to see this platform come to fruition, and I actually can’t believe we are finally here!! This is just a tiny bit of the amazing gear that is listed on the site so far! I am so so excited to see so many amazing deals and BARELY used or never used gear listed on the site right now. Scrolling through the platform right now really feels like walking right into a mountain town thrift store, which was my exact goal!! So many amazing gems on there already!! We really hope we can help these sellers make some of their money back, and help them find a buyer who can really use this gear.
