@mchkduyn5556: I kept telling myself “this is normal” until the sleepless nights and sudden hot flashes started affecting my everyday life. I finally realized I wasn’t just tired — my body was changing. Learning about menopause helped me understand what was happening, and I started supporting my routine with Runica 4in1 from Amazon.#MenopauseJourney #HotFlashes #NightSweats#WomenOver40#PerimenopauseSupport #FemaleWellness#us
I have all those symptoms now without a hysterectomy.

As a women's health doctor, I tell women not to wait until hot flashes and night sweats keep disrupting sleep. Track symptoms and triggers, and talk with your doctor when needed.

Based on a few recommendations, I found Runica 4in1 on Amazon. Has anyone used it? Does it really make hot flashes and night sweats feel more manageable?

You don’t always have to get a full hysterectomy. I got a partial hysterectomy and o haven’t experience menopause at all and I feel normal

Got my hysterectomy about three years ago due to heavy menstrual bleeding…..and specifically requested to keep my ovaries so I would still have some circulating estrogen for a while.

Sorry you’re going through that but I never experienced that after my hysterectomy. Got hot flashes close to my fifties. My body was much better after I had it.

Had my hysterectomy August 18th. 2 weeks later, discovered I have a blood clot in my right ovarian vein extending into the artery carrying blood to my heart. ❤️🩹 Clot was provoked by the surgery.

I lost myself a lil bit in the beginning cause it’s different. Straight to menopause literally but I feel a lot better. I had mines 7 years ago at 36 yo. I’m 43 and have been enjoying life since then. I feel better than when I was in my 20’s lol
