Approach speed to fast, extended landing on a shorter runway, cargo weight and no decision to go around. My opinion based on reports. The go around should have been in process at the extended point of the landing.

I’m not a pilot, but I watch planes land, and everything you explained is exactly what I saw in the video: first, it’s flying very fast and drops its nose—forcing the plane down—but the airspeed makes it want to lift; then, when it finally touches down, neither the engine reversers nor the spoilers are deployed, so it’s no wonder it used up the entire 8 km of runway.
