This was so easy to make and turned out absolutely delicious! Caramel Apple Cookie Pizza 🍎🍏 Ingredients * 1 package Pillsbury refrigerated cookie dough * Melted chocolate * 1 red apple, diced * 1 green apple, diced * Mixed nuts, chopped * Caramel sauce Directions 1. Preheat the oven according to the temperature listed on the cookie dough package. 2. Lightly spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. 3. Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan. 4. Bake for about 18 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned and begin pulling away from the pan. 5. Let the cookie crust cool completely. 6. Spread the melted chocolate over the cooled cookie crust. 7. Top with the diced red and green apples and chopped mixed nuts. 8. Drizzle caramel sauce over everything. 9. Slice it like a pizza and enjoy!
