@justjames573811: Back at the hospital again, this time to see the orthotics team about my foot drop. ALS has weakened the muscles that lift the front of my feet, meaning my toes can catch on the ground when I walk. I was given a small orthosis that helps lift my feet and keep my toes pointing upwards. It may be a little device, but hopefully it will make walking safer and help me stay independent for longer. 💙 #ALS #MND #LivingWithALS #FootDrop #Orthotic
