@capucine.emily: French Gâteau au Yaourt / Yogurt Cake Ingredients: Makes: 1 loaf cake 3/4 cup (180 g) plain yogurt 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour 1 1/4 cups (250 g) sugar 1/2 cup (110 g) neutral oil 3 eggs 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt 2 small pieces of butter Method 1/ Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Take a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sugar and eggs. Add the oil and vanilla and mix again. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix just until combined. 2/ Pour the batter into your lined loaf pan, add a piece of butter in the center to help create the perfect shape and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
