I’ve been locd for almost 10 years. I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist for over 15 years. And this happens to me as well. Its common. It’s Just shedded Hair. Those are the small pieces that didn’t fully form into the loc. Perfectly normal.

Normal. We lose 50-100 strands of hair a day. Locs shed too. Keep moisturized but you good
