١½ ملعقة كبيرة جبن فيتا مفتت . الطريقة ١- نخفق البيض جيدًا ثم نضيف الحليب والزبدة المذابة ونخلط ٢- نضيف الدقيق والبيكنج باودر والملح والفلفل الأسود ونخلط حتى يتجانس الخليط ٣- نضيف الفلفل الملون والذرة والجزر وجبن الفيتا ونقلب برفق ٤- ندهن آلة البان كيك بالقليل من الزيت ثم نصب الخليط ونغطيها حتى ينضج البان كيك ويتحمر . نجمات البيتزا المقادير ٤ شرائح توست

صفار بيضة للدهن . الطريقة ١- نقطع شرائح التوست على شكل نجوم ثم ندهن نصفها بصوص البيتزا ونضيف الفلفل الأخضر والزيتون والموزاريلا والشيدر ورشة من الأوريغانو ٢- نغطي كل قطعة بشريحة توست أخرى على شكل نجمة ثم ندهن الوجه بصفار البيض ٣- نخبزها في فرن محمى مسبقًا على حرارة ١٨٠°م حتى تصبح ذهبية ومحمرة . دوائر الموز بالشوكولاتة المقادير شرائح توست
