Heres the deal, idgaf ab federal minimum wage, most states dont follow it, however i believe minimum wage should be for kids (under18 years old) and then when you turn 18, you can no longer legally make minimum wage. HOWEVER, you cannot expect a 6 figure job if you are unskilled

Minimum wage was meant to be a livable wage. Labor day was meant to give the laborers a break, extra day off paid. Most of us don't have any of this.

Minimum wage is for entry level jobs. If your skill set doesn’t improve, neither do wages. If employees only want to do the minimum, their wages will match.
