I became serious with my diet. For 6 weeks I have not eaten carbohydrates and two hours after my meals , I record between 5.6 and 7. My mornings records were as high as 8 but currently it’s also between 5 and 6.5. You are very right. My previous HBA1C was was 7 and I believe my next one in October will be super.
