okay the next sort of big thing is people hounding your office to maximize the reimbursements to the Medicare advantage people. definitely fair criticism. but that's again, on your side. Medicare advantage for our side is capped for the out-of-pocket. and normally this is quite good. and sometimes we get 0 premiums. good for us. it's not like insurance companies aren't badgering you to do things for regular insurance, for Medicare

okay, I think it's good that Medicare advantage costs the government more as long as it is covering more, which it seems to be. the 20% Medicare cost to the consumer under Medicare advantage is sometimes nothing. I'm willing to spend my tax dollars on that. I want my government to pay for that
