It took America decades and thousands of attempts to get a camera anywhere near a tornado. France get one tornado and get a camera right into the middle of it.

This answers the query I always had which is “can’t you just hold tight to something if the tornado is about to hit you”. First you have to find something that will still be attached, second you have to find a way of securing yourself to it snd third you have to survive the other objects also being whipped up. In short, you are screwed

As scary and devastating tornados are, the power and might of it is just amazing. Such rare footage that any storm chaser would crave for. The impact on a human level though…..there are no words
