It’s Sulfur gas! Can happen when your stomach isn’t digesting fast enough so it goes into panic mode. Hence the trips to the bathroom. Sulfur burps are the worst! I’m on a GLP-1 so I’m used to it by now lol

That’s what happened to me when I found out I had an Ulcer. Everything your saying and the taste, smell of my burps was disgusting, burping made me sick. Just be careful and lots of water
