Marbled Autumn Leaf cookies that are *almost* too cute to eat! These are absolutely delightful and look like you collected your own little pile of Fall leaves 🥹🍂🍁 🍁 Marbled Fall Leaf Sugar Cookies Ingredients * 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, cold & cubed * 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar * 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk * 2 tsp vanilla extract * 2¾ cups (330g) all-purpose flour * ¼ cup (30g) cornstarch * ½ tsp baking powder * ½ tsp salt * Gel food coloring in red, orange, yellow & brown Directions 1. Cream butter and sugar until smooth and combined. Mix in the egg, egg yolk and vanilla. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Slowly mix into the wet ingredients until a soft dough forms. 3. Divide the dough into 4 sections and color each one a different fall shade. 🍂 Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to chill 4. Tear off little pieces of each color and gently press them together to create a marbled dough. Don’t overmix or you’ll lose the swirls! 5. Roll out the dough and cut with leaf cookie cutters. Add leaf details with a cookie stamp like I used or knife if desired. 6. Chill the cut cookies before baking so they hold their shape. 7.
