my puppy (4 months old) got hit by a car, i was inside for 5 minutes came out and she was gone, i searched everywhere and went back home after turning empty handed. i lived with my friend at the time and she drove and supposedly watched it happen, i asked to see her doorbell camera cause the thing was wraped around her collar and hooked onto itself, but when i went to get her body, her collar was on her body, meaning she was unhooked, i asked repeatedly and my friend kept rejecting me to see...making it seem like she unhooked her...i got another puppy for my dog i have and my friend she would unalive that puppy if i dont get rid of it, got him a better home and me and my dog(babygirl) moved from mo to pa on bus to escape
