@cookwith_aluks: How we celebrated the New Yam Festival in my hometown! I hosted my friends all the way from Lagos, Nigeria, and gave them a special local treat they had been craving. I made roasted yam paired with fresh palm oil sauce with Ogiri and Ugba. Because, I mean, what is a New Yam Festival without yam? I also made the best fried rice and chicken using @chopwith_aluks Stew Natural Spice. It can also be used for jollof rice, jollof pasta, tomato stew, steaming meat, and so much more.
