I dont have trichotillomania but I have the most insane habit of playing, twirling, braiding and tightening my hair and it breaks off so easy and its been thinning out SO bad im losing so much hair I feel so embarrassed but I cannot stop it. I think it’s anxiety but fml Idk what to dooooo

I recommend getting an attachment like this for your dryer!!! It helps keep the air in one area so your fly aways dont get caught in the air and fly up again, its truly my favorite and gets my hair so straight and flat!!

Try a wax stick, the brand I love is Rco or Goldie locks they don’t feel heavy and they really work for flyaways or slick backs!!

the more you put heat on it, the more all your ends will stick up + takes longer to grow out. i promise if you didn’t curl or straighten your hair for a couple months you’ll notice sm of a difference!
