My partner bought my cricut machine the whole bundle for £450 it was broke before I’d even got to use. I was fuming they said I could exchange but I just asked for refund !

@mission1x: You can check by calling apple customer service and give them the serial number and they can check if it’s genuine file a complaint with head office about the members if staff and the manager should have asked for a refund on the new one and git it apple and bought off them

The aggression and the way you were treated/spoken to is appalling but do try and think they don’t know you. In their eyes they sold a Complelety sealed phone from the manufacturer and there are so many scams about. You know that you are a genuine person but they don’t. Again does not excuse the way you were treated and no I do not work for currys 🙈

Oh I believe this one million percent, I bought fit but it was already registered, luckily I paid for insurance on it, they did the same to me until someone else came in with the same thing! I won’t shop at curry’s anymore it’s definitely inside job xx

You couldn’t pay me to shop at Curry’s now. Worst customer experience I hope to ever have in my life time. Then the whole ordeal a year after with the same phone. Drives me mad just thinking about it! x
