Why do cops “ALWAYS” leave off “of a crime”. The tire thing is “reasonable articulable suspicion “of a crime”

Cops think it's the law because most people just hand over their ID. If only cops were taught law in the academy by lawyers instead of by other cops.

He is using verbal judo. You say circle sentences that make no sense to confuse someone into doing dumb things. They literally call the class at the academy “Verbal Judo”.

Cops need to learn the full requirement of RAS. It’s reasonable suspicion of a specific CRIME that they can articulate. If they can’t state a specific crime, they don’t have RAS. This is an easy lawsuit.

Cop is right, if he has reasonable suspicion. Brown vs Texas. However we in the moment will never know if he has legitimate “reasonable”. Until after we pull the information for court. The law is clearing this.
