the major issue for me is that i am chronically ill and cannabis is one of the very few things i can take that makes my pain go from unbearable to functioning- i’m unable to take NSAIDs or opioids due to my chronic illness as well

I had CHS like symptoms from cannabis and i realized that there is more of an underlying issue of why I was using so much cannabis. I think at the time it was more to socialize with my coworkers that would use it in the park every day of the week and my fear of being alone made me do it with them and my tolerance wasn’t so great either. They didn’t force me rather they told me when to stop. I think the people who have CHS are just trying to escape something mental so that’s why they use so much.

I have CHS the episodes are truly hell. I’ve withdrawn from op’oids and benzos. They’re practically nothing compared to the pain and symptoms of a CHS episode.

i notice when i smoke, my stomach issues are at an all time high, super bad bloating, inconsistent bathroom use, heart burn and nausea. never been diagnosed with anything but i've stopped. i'd imagine this is CHS?

I want to be able to smoke again but I have CHS! I got my gallbladder out bc of gall stones but I still was back in the er over six times. And I want to never go through that ever again help
