miguel only has a different spider bc in the comics his logo isnt a spider at all, its a Dia De Los Muertos skull stylized into a spider shape, it was meant to represent his latino heritage and they wanted ta keep elements of it in the movie design, leading to an upside down spider shaped kinda like a skull
