He didn’t change the behaviour that hurt me. Instead he gas lit me, saying I was crazy and wasn’t doing the thing I asked him to change. Eventually this was the deal breaker for me.

lots of narcissistic abuse. The final straw was him sarcastically telling me I was the educated one. Like laughing in my face for the too many chances I gave him. So, I calmly thanked him for reminding me that i was educated. Blocked, deleted and never spoke again. That was nearly two years ago!
