An example of Mombasa Nyali, it was more luxury until they started building highrises, price of acquisition and land means the apartments are expensive to own or rent now the rich are leaving, the same apartments are almost empty. Mind you, there is demand for those houses but because of the greed of a few individuals and companies nobody can buy because everyone wants a profit.

most apartment prices were overvalued by developers....buyers paid but now looks like the renting is not as they expected and more are being built. villas are few.... investors run to apartments for quick gains.✌
